2013 Draft: Position Eligibility

Here is one very important question I wanted to clear up regarding Yahoo and position
 eligibility:

How will Yahoo position eligibility work for the draft and in-season?

During the draft, players may only be drafted at the position(s) Yahoo has them set at. 
Example: Martin Prado can be drafted at 2B, 3B, SS, OF. 

During the regular season, these same positions will apply throughout the season. 
Batters will gain eligibilty at a position they START at 5 times, or 10 make 10 apperances
 at that position.
