league draft order shortly after. (reflecting the end of week 14 standings 
for priority order)

3. Tuesday, July 13 - Teams must email me by 8pm EST time with a list
of minor league players to draft. I will send out the official results
later that evening. Make sure to include as many picks (or more) depending 
on how many picks you have. Results will be emailed to the league following 
the deadline.

XVI. MINOR LEAGUE DRAFT

A Minor League Player Draft is conducted on the day of the All-Star
Game, in which each team may acquire players who are not on any active
roster and who still have official rookie status.

If the owner of a Minor League player no longer wants the player to be
in his farm system, he must specifically state that on Sunday prior to
the All-Star game, otherwise, the player will remain in the farm
system.  The list of players released from the farm system will be
sent out to all of the current owners.

Selection takes place in 2 rounds of a simple draft, not an auction.
The selection order of the draft shall be the reverse order of the
current standings.  Each team will submit a list of players and the
Commissioner will assign the players based in the above-mentioned
method.
