MON, MAY 22, 2017 - Qualls served up three runs in just one-third of an inning Saturday, raising his ERA to 5.19. The veteran reliever had been a major contributor in the bullpen's success this season, as his ERA sat at a stellar 2.16 prior to the debacle. He's not going to get too many high-leverage innings with many other hurlers ahead of him in the pecking order, but six of his nine outings have been scoreless, so Qualls is at least making the most of his opportunities.
